The reproduction, copying or storing of any part, other than for personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without the express written permission from Little Toggs. Whilst every effort is made to ensure content is correct, free from error, and representative of current pricing, Little Toggs reserves the right to amend and update details at any given time,
Use of this website constitutes an agreement with the terms and conditions set out here.
Terms & Conditions of sale
The following terms and conditions apply to all purchases of products by you from Little Toggs and you should read them carefully. We may vary these terms from time to time and therefore you should check them before you make a new purchase.
Whilst every effort is made to ensure pricing shown on the website is correct, in the event of an error, we reserve the right to withdraw any order acceptance where your offer to purchase relates to goods that have been priced below that which we intended and/or where discounts have been applied or used in error.
All prices displayed are inclusive of any applicable GST unless otherwise indicated.
We will notify you of our acceptance of your order by email, shortly after you place it. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours please contact us to check your order has been accepted. Please retain this email confirmation for your records, and have it to hand in the event you wish to contact us regarding your order. Please note that once your order has been placed you will not be able to alter the order.
Little Toggs will charge your account for payment at the time of placing the order. We take every reasonable care to ensure that your order and subsequent transactions are conducted via a secure link. As we are not responsible for the operation of the secure link we will not, unless we are negligent, be liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party obtains unauthorised access to any information you provide via such link. If products are not available for any reason after we have accepted your order, we will let you know. We will not charge you for these products and will refund any amounts already paid (if any) by way of a credit to your credit card/ debit card or PayPal account.
Shipping & Delivery
We aim to pick all orders placed before 12pm on the same day (depending on stock availability) and all orders within 24 hours of receipt. Please see the delivery information tab for details of costs and approximate shipping times. Please note that whilst every endeavour will be made to deliver within the guide times, time frames cannot be guaranteed due to the use of third party services and Little Toggs will not be held liable for late deliveries which are beyond our control. Please carefully check delivery address details when placing orders. Little Toggs cannot be held responsible for any item despatched to an incorrect or incomplete address.
Should you wish to return any item you have purchased through our website, you may do so within 30 days of delivery, providing the items returned to Little Toggs are in an unworn, re-saleable condition with all tags attached and original, un-damaged packaging.
Please note- If an item is offered free with a minimum spend over a certain amount and subsequently an item is returned from that order, the free item will be charged in full to the customer.
Providing your returned item meets the above conditions, we will refund the purchase price of the item via the original method of payment. The cost of our basic postage will also be refunded (AU orders only) if the return is made within 14 days of receipt. Where a non-standard delivery service has been selected, we will only reimburse the cost of standard delivery)
Please note – The cost and responsibility for returning items lies solely with the customer. We recommend you return items via recorded, tracked or signed for delivery, as Little Toggs will not be liable for items lost in transit.
In the unlikely event an item received is found to be faulty on delivery, or the item received is not the item you ordered, please contact Little Toggs using the details found here Contact Us Page, within 7 days of receipt of your order.
Little Toggs will either arrange an immediate replacement (where an incorrect item has been sent out), or request that you return the item for our investigation.
Faulty items – If a fault is found we will arrange a replacement product of equal value where possible or refund the full cost, including any postage charges incurred.
Please note – instructions governing the use and care of our products are supplied with your purchase and any failure to follow these may result in refusal to refund or replace in the event of a claim. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
